The Basic Fall Drink
In empty tub glass add:
2 ounces Yeoman Vodka
pinch of salt
1.5 tablespoons Caramel Sauce (whisk to combine)
Fill tub glass with ice and add:
2.5 ounces cold press coffee
1.5 ounces chocolate caramel creamer
Top with whipped cream
Craberry Gimlet
Combine in shaker with ice:
2 ounces Yeoman Vodka
.75 ounces agave nectar
1 ounce real lime juice
2.5 ounce real cranberry juice (not cranberry cocktail)
Shake, strain into martini glass, garnish with cranberries
Harvest Maple
Combine in shaker with ice:
2 ounces Yeoman Maple Syrup Flavored Vodka
.5 ounces Orange Juice
.5 ounces Real Lemon Juice
3 ounces Apple Cider
Shake and Strain into coupe glass with Cinnamon Sugar Rim
Top with Cinnamon Switchel & garnish with apple cubes and cranberries

Pumpkin Pie
Combine in shaker with Ice:
2 ounces Yeoman Vodka or Yeoman Maple Syrup Flavored Vodka
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
3 ounces pumpkin creamer
1 ounce unflavored oat milk
Shake and strain into martini glass with cinnamon sugar rim
Maple old Fashioned
In tub glass muddle:
1/2 orange slice
2 cherries
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Fill tub glass with ice
Add 2.5-3 ounces Yeoman Maple Syrup Flavored Vodka
Top with club soda
Roll drink before serving (dump back and forth between tub and pint glass to mix)
Maple Float
In pint glass combine:
3 ounces Yeoman Maple Syrup Flavored Vodka
fill 3/4 full with root beer
add ice if desired
Top with scoop of vanilla ice cream
The odd Couple
Combine in shaker with ice:
2 ounces Yeoman Vodka
1.5 ounces coconut cream
2.5 ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
Shake, strain into coupe glass, and garnish with half slice of grapefruit
Maple & cream
In Rocks Glass with ice:
Fill nearly full with Yeoman Maple Flavored Vodka
Add splash of heavy whipping cream
Lemon Drop
Combine in Shaker with ice:
2 ounces Yeoman Vodka
3 ounces lemonade
1 ounce sweet & sour mix
Shake and strain into martini glass rimmed with sugar. Garnish with lemon slice
Pom-Tonic
Combine in Shaker with ice:
2 ounces Yeoman Vodka
1.25 ounces pomegranate juice
1 ounce agave nectar
.75 ounces lemon juice
Shake and strain into tub glass filled with ice. Top with Tonic water, and garnish with rosemary sprig and pomegranate arils.
PINEAPPLE upside down cake
Combine in Shaker with ice:
2 ounces Yeoman Vodka
3 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce French vanilla creamer
Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with splash of grenadine (grenadine will sink to the bottom of martini glass).
Dirty Martini
Combine in Shaker with ice:
5 ounces Yeoman Vodka
1 ounce olive brine
Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with blue cheese stuffed olives.

Almond Sour
In shaker add:
1 egg white (whisk egg white for 10 second prior to adding other ingredients)
2 ounces Yeoman Vodka
1.25 ounces Almond Syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
dash of orange bitters
Dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake for an additional 20 seconds. Strain into coup glass, and garnish with a skewered cherry.
The extra shaking allows the egg white to froth, and gives the cocktail its texture.
