Rollin' -N- Smokin' slowly smokes our own meats including Juicy brisket, savory pulled pork, tender chicken and sausage using our own mixture of seasonings and spices.  We also offer a variety of mouthwatering wraps also made with smoked meats.   Our delicious side dishes like loaded baby red smashed potatoes or creamy smoked mac and cheese are always a hit.  Just need a snack?
