Due to unfortunate events, Hickory Haze BBQ has cancelled today. Hickory Haze will be here at 11AM tomorrow, Friday May 16th.

Hickory Haze BBQ started in the small town of Solon Springs, WI. We create juicy flavorful pulled-pork, homemade smoked Mac n cheese, loaded baked potatoes, loaded Mac bowls, and cowboy beans all cooked on-site in our commercial smoker.
