Hickory Haze BBQ started in the small town of Solon Springs, WI. We create juicy flavorful pulled-pork, homemade smoked Mac n cheese, loaded baked potatoes, loaded Mac bowls, and cowboy beans all cooked on-site in our commercial smoker.
